GOGGLE DESK

The Aviator's Home Office

A couple of days ago I tweeted that if you are working virtually you should "build yourself a home-office. Do not use your kitchen table or a corner in the living room."
Having a great working environment is very important.
It should feel good, inspire your senses and make you happy.
The style of your home office should reflect who you are as a person, but if you happen to be into old style aviation, here is a home office you just cannot ignore.
It comes from the fabulous shop "Restoration Hardware," who excels at be the best classic home furniture and decoration store.

Desk

You get the hand built Aviator Wing Desk, made of polished aluminum and hardwood.

Chair

Add to that the Spitfire chair, sporting sleek aluminum-clad covered back, and upholstered smooth Antiqued Whiskey leather.

Bookcase

To keep things organized, get the Aviator Bookcase, which like the desk is made from polished aluminum and hardwood.

Relax

And then after a long day at work, take a breather in the Aviator Chair with a good ebook. Inspired by fighter planes, from its aluminum-wrapped curves to its padded Whisky leather seat and back.

The Natural Speaker

Studio Joon&ampJung has created a unique handcrafted speaker using porcelain and wood. They say it provides "a clear resonance and mellow sound" and it sure looks pretty!

Project Aura - Bike Lights

We all know it very dangerous to be a cyclist on our ever busy and congested city streets, especially in the late evenings or early mornings. Two guys, Ethan Frier and Jonathan Ota, have come up with a solution. Make the wheels themselves light up as you drive along.

Emergency Dromedaries

There comes a time in every person's life where you think "where is there an emergency
dromedary when you need one". Well, don't worry, help is coming.
Fresch, a student at University of Pforzheim, have designed a camel emergency kit. It includes a "baja", which is a cool racing-shaped light-weight
dromedary vehicle, for bringing doctors to your locations. And the "seji", which is a equally impressive upper support structure for either carrying a person or equipment.
This is just the thing for any doctors, making a living in the middle of Sahara.
